Patient Advice and Complaints Team

The Patient Advice and Complaints Team is impartial and can work with local people to resolve concerns and complaints. 

Members of the team are able to investigate issues, provide confidential advice and advise people on the best course of action to take. 

When necessary, they can also signpost people to further help, such as the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. 

The team are also on hand to share patients' positive comments and feedback with healthcare staff.
