Registering for online GP services is a straightforward process that patients can complete during their next visit to their GP surgery. 

Just follow the steps below to get started. 

  1. Let practice staff know you would like to start using GP Online.
  2. Fill in the registration form.
  3. Confirm your identity by providing practice staff with a valid form of photo ID and proof of address (e.g. a passport or driving licence with a bank statement or recent utility bill) 

Once these steps have been completed, patients will receive a letter containing details of how to access their surgery's online services, as well as their unique username and password.
